All of our boards; charcuterie boards, cheese boards, cutting boards, are finely crafted in small quantities. Each and every board is unique because each board differs in its grain pattern and color shades. All our boards have a silky smooth finish and we use food grade mineral oil to protect you board. When you receive your board it is fully cured and protected and ready for use in your kitchen.
All our boards are made from natural wood from around the world such as African Beli, Paduk, Purpleheart, Canary wood, Black Limba, Peruvian Walnut. We also use domestic wood such as Maple, Walnut, Cherry, Ash, and Orange Osage. The mineral oil finish brings out the natural color and grain patterns with stunning results. We do not use any dyes on our wooden boards, all the color is natural.

The board is carefully sanded to a silky smooth finish, then it is generously oiled with a food grade, non-toxic mineral oil. This finish is perfectly safe to use for all your entertaining delicacies. Once you open your package at home, you can immediately use the cutting board as it does not require any further treatment or curing. It is easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not soak your board in water, so as not to cause any warping. With use the board may show signs of wear. To make it look just like new, your wooden board can be treated with a gentle rubbing of food grade mineral oil to bring it back to a beautiful luster. The size is approximately 9 1/2 inches by 16 inches and 3/4 inch thick. As each board is individually handcrafted and is made from natural wood, each piece will vary slightly in size and there will be color variations.
